Artist exhibitors of traditional and contemporary "Dia de los Muertos" themed art are sought for this event, as are New Mexico made crafts & "packaged" products.
Artist exhibitors should discuss their product(s) offerings with the Expo event director for consideration and must be invited to participate. Upon official acceptance, exhibitor will be asked to submit a required reservation form along with a 50% deposit to reserve an exhibit space.
Exhibitors are responsible for their own display needs and table covering. Electricity available on some spaces and must be requested on application. Exhibitors assigned spaces, on “first come, first serve” basis by event director.
Only exhibitors whose names are provided on application will receive event ID badges in those persons name and ONLY they will be admitted to staff exhibitor space, NO EXCEPTIONS.
One exhibitor per paid space, exhibit space sharing is not permitted.
Set-up Friday October 22, 2010 between 12pm and 6:00pm
